961 or procurement had made commited or done y.e s.d W.m Frisby shall remaine seized of all & singular y.e premises of a good & perfect Estate for him & his heirs for ever in his owne right & to his owne use without any condition reversion remainder or limitation of any use or uses estate or estates in or to any person or persons by from or under him y.e s.d James Frisby his heirs or assignes or any of them to alter change defeat or determine or make voide y.e same And y.t y.e s.d W.m Frisby shall & may by force & vertue of these presents from time to time & at all times for ever hereafter Lawfully peaceably & quietly have hold occupy possess & enjoy all & every y.e afforesd granted premises with their apurtenances to his & their owne proper use & behoofe for ever without any let sute trouble or charge whatsoever of or by y.e s.d James Frisby his heirs or assignes or any of them or any person or persons Lawfully claimeing by from or under him them or any of them or by his or their means act consent privity or procurement & that from time to time well & sufficiently saved & kept harmless by y.e s.d James Frisby his heirs Exct.rs & Admt.rs of & from all maner of former gifts grants bargans sales Leases morgages grants Extents Judgments Executions forfitures fines Ishues amercements & of & from all & singular other titles troubles charges & Incumbrances whatsoever had made committed or done by y.e s.d James Frisby his heirs Exct.rs & Admt.rs or by any other person or persons lawfully claimeing by from or under him them or any of them or by from or under his or their means act consent privity or procurement y.e rents & services from hence forth to grow due & payable to the Chiefe Lord or Lords or y.e fee & fees thereof onely Excepted & foreprized And y.e s.d James Frisby doth further for himselfe his heirs Exct.rs & Admt.rs covenant & grant to & with y.e s.d W.m Frisby his heirs & assignes & every of them by these p.rsents that y.e s.d before granted premises is meant & intended to be & shall be to y.e onely proper use & behoofe of y.e s.d W.m |
