of a sure firme indefeazable in fee of & in y.e s.d bargained
premisses & hath full power good Right & Lawfull authority
to convey & apeare y.e same to y.e s.d James Wroth his heires &
assigness for Ever And that to y.e s.d James Wroth his heires
assigness shall & may henceforth for Ever peacably and
quietly have hold occupie posses & Injoy y.e s.d bargained
premisses without y.e Lawfull lett truble deniall interrupcon]
Eveccon Ejecon Expulcon or molestacon of any pson or
persons whatsoever freed from all Incumbrances whatsoever
& Lastly y.t he y.e s.d Abraham Taylor & his heires shall &
will at any time hereafter att y.e Reasonable Request Costs
& charges in y.e Law or y.e s.d James Wroth his heires or
assigness make doe acknowledge levey Execute & Finish all
& Every such further & other Reasonable act or acts thing
or things conveyance or further assurance in Law for y.e more
perfact suremakinge of y.e s.d bargained p.rmisses to y.e s.d James
Wroth his heires & assigness as by y.e s.d James Wroth his heires or
assigness or his or there Councell Learned shall be Reasonably
