This Indenture made the Eighteenth day of
august in y.e sixth year of y.e Reigne of our
sovereigne Lord & Lady William & Mary by y.e
grace of God of England Scotland France and
Ierland King & Queen defend.rs of y.e faith &c.a An.o
Domi 1694 Between Abraham Taylor of y.e
County of Kent in y.e province of Maryland black
smith of y.e one part and James Wroth of y.e County
& province aforesd Gent of y.e other part Wittnesseth
that y.e said Abraham Taylor for & in Consideration
of y.e sume of tenn thousand pounds of good sound
marchantable in Caske to him in hand paid by y.e
s.d James Wroth before y.e sealeing & delivery thereof
the Receipt whereof he y.e s.d Abraham Taylor doth
hereby acknowledge & thereof acquit & discharge
the said James Wroth his heires Executors & admt.rs
by these presents hath given granted barganed &
sold aliened released enfeoffed & confirmed & by these
presents doth give grant bargaine sell Alien Release
Enfeoffe & Confirme unto y.e said James Wroth his heires
& assigness for Ever all y.t parcell tract or parcell of
Land scittuate Lyeing & being in Kent County aforesd
and in y.e north East branch of a Creeke called Langfords
Bay being the northermost branch part of
two hundred acres of land belonging to y.e s.d Richard
Hudson and y.e southermost or Lower hundred acres
of y.e said two hundred acres being by y.e s.d Richard
Conveyed unto Benjamin Blackleach as by deed may
appear y.e said one hundred acres being by y.e s.d Richard
Conveyed unto Benjamin Blackleach as by deed may
appear y.e said one hundred acres above mencioned
begining at a marked Locust post standing in y.e old
field near y.e Creeke above named & in y.e northermost
line of y.e said Blackleaches one hundred acres and
Runing from y.e said Locust post upp y.e Creeke forty
perches & from thence Runing Into y.e woods lyne
lyne drawn Northwest four hundred perches &
from y.e End of y.e northwest line drawn southwest
forty perches from y.e End of y.e southwest lyne by a lyne
drawn southeast and Runing along y.e northermost lyne
of y.e s.d Blackleaches Land unto y.e marked Locust post
Containeing & Layd out for one hundred acres together
with all buildings gardens orchards wayes waters
watercourses woods under woods priviledge Easements
