This Indenture this nintenth day of November
Ann.o quo Dom one thousand six hundred ninty one
and in y.e fourth year year of y.e Reigne of our sovereigne Lord
and Lady William & Mary by y.e grace of God of
England Scotland France & Ireland King & Queen defend.rs
of y.e Faith &c.a Between George Green of Kent County in y.e
province of Maryland planter of y.e one part and
Benjamin Blackleach of y.e County & province aforesd Cordwinder
of y.e other part wittnesseth that the said George Green
for and in Concideracon of y.e sume or quantity of twelve
thousand pounds of tobacco in hand paid at or before
the Ensealing & delivery of these p.rsents by y.e said Benja
Blackeach whereof & Every part & percell thereof
the said George Green doth hereby acquitt & discharge
the said Benjamin Blackleach his heires Execto.rs admt.rs
And by these p.rsents doth fully clearly & absolutely give
grant bargaine sell alien Enfeoff & Confirme unto y.e said
Benjamin Blackleach his heires or assigness a percell of
Land containing one hundred acres being part of a tract
of Land called Pentridge and y.e one moyety of the two
hundred acres of y.e said tract called Pentridge and by y.e
said George Green bought of Thomas Thorpe & Elizabeth his
wife as by deed bearing date y.e twentieth day of November
Ann.o 1684 & Recorded in County Records may fully appear
the said parcell or tract of Land begining at a marked oake
standing near y.e Creek called Langfords bay Creek and Running
down y.e said Creek for breadth forty perches unto another
marked oak & from y.e said oake Runing northwest into the
woods fower hundred perches & from y.e End of y.e northwest
