so Ever without y.e lett sute truble or disturbance
of y.e s.d Benja Blackleach & Hannah his wife their
heires Exect.rs &c.a or by his or their or Either of their
meanes privity or procurement And that free & clear
& freely & clearly acquited & discharged and at times
hereafter well & sufficiently saved & kept harmless of
& from all former & other sales gifts grants bargaines
dowers & titteles of dowers & of & from all other
Incumbrances whatsoever & the Rents & services now due
or which or which shall or may be due to y.e Cheiffe
Lord or Lords of y.e fees only Excepted & foreprized
And further y.e s.d Benja Blackleach & Hananh his
wife their heirs Executors shall & will from time to time
& at all times hereafter dureing y.e space of seven yeares
at y.e Request & at y.e cost & charges in y.e Law of y.e said
John Sutton his heires or assignes make due Execute or
cause to be made done & Executed all such further Lawfull
& Reasonable act or acts thing or things device or devices
assurance or assureances in y.e Law as by Councell Learned
in y.e shall be devised advised or Required for y.e better
assureing & suremakeing & conveying y.e before barganed
plantation & tract of Land & all & singular y.e before bargained
premisses with & Every y.e appurtenances to y.e same
belonging or in any waies appertaining unto y.e said John
