hereafter warrant & defend by these presents and
the said Benja Blackleach & Hannah his wife for
themselves their heires Executor doth Covenant and agree
to & with y.e said John Davies his heires & assignes
& Every & Either of them that y.e said John Davies
his heires or assigness shall & may by vertue of
these presents from time to time & at all times hereafter
for the Lawfully peacably & quietly have hold
& occupie possess & Injoy y.e said Tenement and
parcell of Land with all y.e Rights members & apurtenances
before granted & Confirmed & have Receive and
take y.e Issues & profitts thereof to his & their own proper
use & behoofe for Ever without y.e lett suite
truble or disturbance of y.e said Benja Blackleach &
Hannah his wife their heires Ex.rs of by their and
either of their means privity or procurement and
that free & clear & freely & clearly acquited and
discharged of & from all other & well & sufficiently
saved Kept harmless of & from all former Gifts
Grants Sales Bargaines & of & from all other Incumbrances
whatsoever of what nature or quallity the
same shall or may be comitted or done by y.e said
Benj.a Blackleach & Hannah his wife or Either of them
The Rents & services now due or hereafter shall or
may be due to y.e sheriffe Lord or Lords of y.e fee only Excepted
& foreprized and further y.e said Benj.a Blackleach
and Hannah his wife their heires Ex.rs shall & will from
time to time & at all times hereafter dureing y.e space of
seaven yeares at y.e Request & at y.e costs & charges in y.e
Law of him y.e said John Davies his heires or assignes
make doe execute & suffer or cause to be made done executed
and suffered all such further Lawfull & Reasonable act or acts
thing or things declaracon devices assurance or assurances
Requisite in y.e premises as by his or their Councill Learned
in y.e law shall be devised advised or Required for ye better
assuring & sure making y.e before barganed premises w.th
y.e apurtenances unto y.e said John Davies his heires or
assigness and to y.e only proper use & behooffe of y.e said
John Davies his heires & assigness for ever In witnesse
whereof the said parties Interchangable have hereunto set
