This Indenture Made this twenty fifth day of
June in y.e sixth year of the Reigne of our
sovereigne Lord & Lady William & Mary by the Grace
of god King & Queens of England Scotland France and
Irland defenders of y.e faith and in y.e year of our Lord
god Christ one thousand six hundred ninety four between
Benjamin Blackleach of Kent County Cordwinder & Hannah
his wife of y.e one p.t and John Davies of y.e same county
of y.e other part Wittnesseth that y.e said Benjamin
Blackleach for a vallueable Concideracon by him Receive
of y.e said John & Rceite whereof y.e said Benjamin doe
acknowledge himselfe sattisfied Contented & paid & hereby
doth discharge y.e said John Davies his heires Exect.rs &c.a
And by these presents doth fully clearly & absolutely
give grant bargaine alien enfeoff & Confirme unto y.e
said John Davies his heires & assigness a parcell of land
Containeing two hundred acres be y.e same more or less
being part of a Tract of Land Pentridge lying in Langford
Bay and by y.e said Benjamin Blackleach purchased
of George Green & Richard Hudson as by a Certain deed
from Either of y.e said pties Refference thereunto had may
fully & att Large apear Together with all & Singular y.e
Rights members & apurtenances as alsoe all houses Edifices
buildings orchards Gardens yards pastures woods haypeayes
Easments profitts & Comodityes whatsoever to y.e same or
to any part thereof belonging or appertaining To have and
To hold y.e said Tenements and parcell of Land according
To y.e meetts & bounds in y.e above mencioned deed is declared w.th
all & singular y.e Rights members perquisites & apurtenances
to y.e said John Davies his heires & assignes to y.e only proper
use & behoofe of y.e John Davies his heires & assigness
for Ever as alsoe all deed or deeds & all other writtings touching
or Concerning y.e premises or any part or parcel thereof
the said Benjamin Blackleach & Hannah his wife for
them selves their heirs Ex.rs & the said Tenements parcells
of Land & all & singular other y.e p.rmises hereby Intended to
be granted bargained Alienated & Confirmed with y.e apurtenances
thereunto belonging unto him y.e said John Davies his
heires or assignes against all persons clameing by from
or under them or any of them shall & will for Ever
