This Indenture Made this twentie fifth day of
June In y.e yeare of our Lord Christ one thousand six
hundred ninety four & in y.e fourth year of y.e Reigne
of our sovereigne Lord & Lady William & Mary by y.e
Grace of God of England Scotland France & Irland
King & Queen Defenders of faith &c.a Between Robert Peark
& Mary his wife of y.e one part and Charles Tilden
and Elias King of y.e County afsd of y.e other part
Wittnesseth that y.e said Robert Peark & Mary his wife
for and in concideration of eight thousand pounds of tobacco
in hand paid by y.e y.e s.d Charles Tilden & Elias King the
Receite thereof & for ever y.e part & pcell thereof they doe
Acknowledge & fully acquitt & discharge y.e said Charles
Tilden & Elias King their heires executors by these presents
doth fully clearly & absolutely give grant bargaine sell
alien enfeoffe and confirme unto y.e said Charles Tilden and
Elias King their heires a parcell of Land containing one
hundred twenty acres called Pentridoe being part of a
tract of land of one thousand acres and called as aforesd y.e said
one hundred twenty five acres being purchased by y.e said Robert
Peark of Morgan Jones & conveyed to y.e said Morgan Jones
by William Davies as by y.e deeds of sale Recorded in Kent
County Records may appear the said parcell of land begining
at a bounded Poplar tree on y.e Creek and Runing from y.e said
Poplar north west four hundred pches & from y.e End of
north west line south west fifty perches & from then
