Salter now have may might or of Right ought to
have in of or to y.e aforementioned p.rmises with y.e
Apurtenances & freely fully & absolutely Invest y.e
same in and upon y.e said Sarah Daniell & John Toaes
their heires or their assigness for Ever to their only
proper use & behoofe for Ever against all maner of
persons whatsoever Lawfully clameing shall & for Ever
warrant & defend & them y.e said sarah Daniell & John
Toaes in peacable possesion to maintaine to their only
proper use & behoffe for Ever And further y.e said
John Salter & Mary his wife doe hereby Constitute
authorize putt & apoint our trust & well beloved
freind Robert Smith of Talbott County to be our true
and Lawfull attorney to acknowledge in Kent County
Court this deed to y.e uses therein Expressed according to keep
holding firm & staple & irrecoverable what somever
our said attorney shall doe or and agree to with y.e

assignes make any further assurance or assurances Con
