This Indenture made the two & twentieth
day of March in y.e year of our Lord God one thousand six
hundred ninety & three made between John Salron Mary
his wife their heires Executors Administrators of y.e one part
And Sarah Daniell & John Jones their heirs or assignes of
the other part Wittnesseth that y.e said John Salron for
& in Consideration of y.e sum of one thousand pounds of tobacco
to him in hand paid at & in one y.e sealing & delivering
hereof y.e Receipts whereof he doth hereby acknowledge
himselfe therewith & Every part & parcell thereof fully
sattisfied & Contented & paid & day by these presents Exonerate
Agree & discharge y.e said Sarah Daniell & John Coaes
their heires Executors Administrators & Every of the
by these for ever & for divers good Causes & Considerations
him thereunto more Especially move me hath given granted
& by these presents doth give grant bargaine sell Alien
Infeoff & firm from him & his heirs for Ever unto she
y.e said Sarah Daniell & John Toae their heires or their assignes
for ever all them three tracts of land scituate on Chester
River upon a branch called y.e Cypress Swamp Branch
on called plaine dealling continue fower hundred acres
the other called plaine dealling three hundred acres y.e other
called y.e addition on or about Thirty acres being butted &
bounded according to y.e seaverall pattent Recourse which
being & made will more plainlly apeare to have and
to hold the aforesd Three tracts of Land togather with all
& singular y.e Right proffits priviledes & benefits thereto be
ongoing Royall monies Excepted unto them y.e said Sarah
Daniell & John Toaes their heires or their Assignes
Ever free & Cleare & freely & Clearly Aquitt Exonarate &
discharge of & from all other & former gifts grants bargains
sails Leases forfeitures Joyntures surrenders Judgments
Executions seazures Rents & Arearages of Rents y.e Rents and
services which hence forth shall grow due & payable by
Court Lord or Lords of y.e fee or fees only Excepted & foreprized
& from all other Incumbrances whatever and further
y.e said John Salter doth Covenant for himselfe & his heirs
to and with y.e said Sarah Daniell & John Toaes their heirs
or their assigness and to & with Every of them by these
presents that he y.e said John Salter now is & standeth
a good true & Cartein Estate In fee simple of y.e premises
with y.e apurtenances & that he y.e said John have full
