with y.e apurtenances thereunto belonging or apertaining
unto y.e s.d Abram Taylor his heirs or assignes &
to y.e onely proper use & behoofe of him y.e s.d Abram
Taylor his heirs & assignes for ever & y.e s.d Richard
Hudson for himselfe his heirs Exct.rs & the s.d one
hundred acres of Land as affores.d with all & singular
y.e premises the s.d Abram Taylor his heirs & assignes &
all & every or either of them shall & may by force &
vertue of these presents from time to time & at all times
hereafter Lawfully peaceable & quietly have hold use
occupy possess & enjoy all & singular y.e s.d one hundred
acres of Land with all y.e Rights members & apurtenances
before granted or hereby intended to be granted barganed
& sold & have Receive & take y.e Ishues & profits thereof
to his & their owne proper use & behoofe forever without
the Let sute trouble or disturbance of him y.e s.d Richard
Hudson his heirs Exct.rs &c.a & of any other person or persons
whatsoever And that free & Clear & freely & Clearly
acquited & discharged & at all times for ever hereafter
well & sufficiently saved & kept harmless by y.e s.d
Richard Hudson his heirs &c.a of & from all maner of former
gifts grants & bargains & all other Incumbrances whatsoever
committed or done by y.e s.d Richard Hudson or
any other person or persons whatsoever of what
nature or quality y.e same shall or may be the Rents
& services which are now due or hereafter shall or may
be due to y.e Chiefe Lord or Lords of y.e fee onely Excepted
& foreprized & further y.e s.d Richard Hudson for himselfe
his heirs Exct.rs &c.a shall & will from time to time & at all
times for ever hereafter at y.e Reasonable request of y.e
s.d Abram Taylor his heirs &c.a & at y.e costs & charges in
y.e Law if y.e s.d Abram Taylor his heirs or assignes make
doe or suffer or cause to be made done or suffered all
such further & Reasonable acts things devices or
assurances in y.e Law for y.e better assuring & shure
the affores.d barganed parcell of one hundred acres of
