This Indenture made this tenth day of iber An.o 1692
Betweene Richard Hudson of Kent County in y.e province
Cordwainer of y.e one part and Abram Taylor of y.e s.d
County & province of y.e other part Wittnesseth that
y.e s.d Richard Hudson for y.e sum or quantity of four
thousand ^eight hundred^ pounds of good merchantable & Caske to him
in hand paide or secured to be well & truly paid and
satisfied by y.e s.d Abram Taylor as also for divers
other good causes & considerations him y.e s.d Richard
thereunto moveing hath given granted barganed sold
enfeoffed & confirmed & by these presenst doth fully
clearly & absolutely give grant bargan alien sell
enfeoffe & confirme unto y.e s.d Abram Taylor his
heirs & assignes all y.t parcell or tract of land scituate
lieing & being in Kent County & on y.e north East branch
of a Creeke called Langfords bay being y.e Northermost
part of two hundred acres of land belonging to y.e
s.d Richard Hudson & y.e southermost or Lower hundred
of y.e s.d two hundred acres of land being conveyed by y.e
s.d Richard unto Benjamin Blackleach as by deed may
apeare the s.d one hundred acres of land above mentioned
begining at a marked locust post standing in y.e old
field near y.e Creeke above named & in y.e Northermost line
of y.e above named Blackleaches la one hundred acres
& runing from y.e s.d Locust post up y.e Creek forty pchs
& from thence runing into y.e woods by a line drawn
north west four hundred perches & from y.e end of the
north west line by a line drawne south west forty
perches & from y.e end of y.e south west line by a line
drawn south East & runing along y.e northermost line
of y.e s.d Blackleaches land unto y.e marked Locust post
containing & now laid out for one hundred acres
togather with all Rights members profits & commodities
and apurtenances to y.e s.d tract of Land belonging or
in anywayes apertaining & also all y.e Estate right claim
& demand whatsoever of y.e s.d Richard Hudson in or to y.e
s.d tract of one hundred acres of Land or any part or parcell
thereof to have and to hold y.e s.d one hundred acres
of Land with all & singular other y.e premises barganed
soled or hereby intended to be granted barganed & sold
