Hudson of Kent County Cordwainer am held & firmly
bound unto Abram Taylor of y.e same County
Blacksmith in y.e full & just quantity of ten thousand
pounds of good merchantable tobaco & Caske to be paid
to y.e s.d Abram Taylor his heirs Exct.rs Admt.rs or any or
either of them to y.e true performance whereof I binde
my selfe my heirs Exct.rs &c.a in y.e whole & for y.e whole
Joyntly & severally firmly by these presents sealed w.th
my seale & dated this 10.th day of iber An.o 1692

The Condition of y.e above obligation is such y.t if y.e above
bounded Richard Hudson doe & shall from time to time & at
all times hereafter well & truly observe performe fulfill &
keep all & singular y.e Covenants grants promises & agreements
which on y.e part & behalfe of y.e s.d Richard are & ought to be
observed performed fullfilled & keept contained & specified
in one Indenture of bargaine & sale bearing Equall date
with these presents & made betweene y.e s.d Richard Hudson
of y.e one part & y.e s.d Abram Taylor of y.e other part according
to y.e true intent & meaning of y.e s.d Indenture then this
obligation to be voide Else to Remaine in full force & vertue
