This Indenture made this tenth day of November
Annoq Dom (1692) & in y.e fourth year of y.e Reigne
of our sovereigne Lord & Lady W.m & Mary by y.e grace
of God of England &c.a Betweene W.m Stanly of Kent
County in y.e province of Mary Land Carpenter of y.e
one part & Morgan Jones of y.e County & province
affores.d of y.e other part Wittnesseth that y.e s.d W.m
Stanly for & in Consideration of y.e sum of seaven
thousand pounds of tobaco at y.e ensealing & delivery
of these presents well & sufficiently secured to be
paid by y.e s.d Morgan Jones to y.e s.d W.m Stanly &
also for divers other considerations him y.e s.d W.m
thereto Especially moveing hath given granted
barganed aliened sold Enfeoffed & confirmed & by
these presents doth fully Clearly freely & absolutely
give grant bargan alien sell Enfeoffe & confirme to
the s.d Morgan Jones his heirs & assignes for ever
all that messuage or plantation with y.e Land
thereto belonging containing one hundred acres
scituate lieing & being in Kent County & called Harts
point betwene a Creeke in y.e s.d County called Hynsons
Haven & a Creeke called y.e back Creek begining at a
marked Cedar upon a point & runing for breadth
East & by North fifty perches to a marked pine upon
y.e west side of y.e back Creeke bounded on y.e East
by a line drawn South from y.e s.d pine for Length
three hundred & twenty perches on y.e South by a line
drawne west & by south from y.e end of y.e south line
for breadth fifty perches on y.e west by a line drawn
north from y.e end of y.e ^west & by^ south line for length three
hundred & twenty perches to y.e first marked Cedar
on y.e north with y.e s.d Creek called Hynsons Haven
containing & laid out for one hundred acres more
or less being first taken up by Thomas Hynson sen.r
as by patent bearing date y.e fifty day of august
An.o 1664 reference being thereunto had may more
fully apear togather with all its Rights members
Jurisdictions with all houses edifices buildings orchards
