Lands pastures wayes Easements woods trees profits & commodities
whatsoever to y.e s.d Messuage or tenements & tract
of land belonging or in any wayes apertaining And
all y.e Estate Right title intrest possession property claim
& Demand of him y.e s.d W.m Stanly of in or to y.e same
And also all deeds or writeings touching or any the
premises or any part or parcell thereof To have
and to hold the s.d messuage or tenement with y.e
s.d tract of Land thereunto belonging & all & singular
other y.e premises hereby granted barganed & sold or
mentioned or intended herein or hereby to be granted
barganed or sold with Every of their Rights members
& apurtenances whatsoever unto y.e s.d Morgan Jones his
heirs or assignes & to y.e onely proper use & behoofe of
him y.e s.d Morgan Jones his heirs & assignes for ever
And y.e s.d W.m Stanly for himselfe his heirs Exct.rs &

good right & Lawfull authority to grant bargains bargain
