unto y.e s.d Nicolas Hurt his heirs & assignes for ever
all that parcell or tract of Land called Holy Land
Lyeing & being in Kent County on y.e North side of Chester
River in Langfords Bay & at y.e head of a Creeke called
Duns Creeke begining at a marked poplar tree being
y.e first bounded tree of a tract of Land formerly laid out
for James Ringold called Ringolds fortues & Runing down
y.e Creek South East one hundred & twenty perches to a
marked Red Oake being a bounded tree of a parcell
of Land formerly take up for one spensex then
Runing from y.e end of y.e South East line North East
three hundred & eighty perches into y.e woods then North
west one hundred & twenty perches to a markes
poplar standing by a pr branch side being y.e first
bounded tree of a parcell of land laid out for y.e
s.d Ringold called y.e plains then west & by south halfe
a point westernly one hundred ninety & five perches
then South west fifty perches then South one hundred
& fifty perches then South East ten perches then South
West to y.e first bounded tree Containing & now laid
out for four hundred twenty & five acres of Land
More or Less togather with all & singular y.e profits
& commodities whatsoever to y.e s.d parcell of Land
belonging or in anywise apertaining also all the
Estate Right title intrest property claime & demand
of them y.e s.d W.m & Jane Harris of in & to y.e same
as also all Evidences writeings or minuments touching
or anywayes concerning y.e s.d tract of land or any part
thereof to have and to hold the s.d tract of land
with all & singular y.e premises thereunto belonging
hereby granted barganed & sold with every of its Right
members & apurtenances whatsoever unto y.e s.d Nicholas
Hurt his heirs & assignes & to y.e onely proper use & behoofe
of y.e s.d Nicholas his heirs & assignes for ever & y.e s.d W.m
Harris & Jane his wife for themselves & their heirs doe
covenant grant & agree & with y.e s.d Nicholas Hurt
