Be it known unto all men by these p.rsents that I
Philemon Hemsly doe hereby & by these p.rsents
Assigne & make over unto W.m Harris Right for 420
acres of land being part of a warr.nt for 2000 acres
of Land granted y.e sixth day of Ap.rll last past to
have and hold y.e s.d war.nt for 420 acres of
Land to his y.e s.d Harris his heirs & assignes forever
to y.e onely proper use & behoofe of him y.e
s.d Harris his heirs & assignes from me my heirs
or assignes or any other person or persons
