his heirs & assignes in maner & forme following that is to
say y.t y.e s.d W.m & Jane at y.e Ensealing & Delivery of these
presents have good Right full power & lawfull authority
to grant bargaine sell & convey y.e s.d tract of Land & premises
hereby granted bargained & sold unto y.e s.d Nicholas Hurt
his heirs & assignes in maner & forme affores.d & that y.e s.d
Nicholas his heirs & assignes shall & may by vertue of these
presents from time to time & at all times forever hereafter
Lawfully peaceably & quietly have hold use occupy possess &
injoy y.e s.d tract of Land called holy Land as affores.d with all
& every y.e Rights members & apurtenances thereto belonging
to have Receive & take y.e Rents Issues & profits to his & their
owne proper use & behoofe for ever without y.e Let suite
trouble or disturbance of y.e s.d W.m Harris & Jane his wife
& their heirs or any other person or persons whatsoever
Lawfully claiming by from or under them or either of
them & y.e freely acquitted & discharged or otherwise from
time to time well & sufficiently saved & Kept harmless
by y.e s.d W.m Harris his heirs &c.a of & from all former gifts
grants barganes & of & from all other troubles & incumbrances
whatsoever commited or done by y.e s.d W.m Harris or by
his means act privity or procurement the Rents & services
which shall become due & payable to y.e Chiefe Lord or Lords
of y.e fee onely Excepted & foreprised And further y.e s.d W.m
Harris his heirs Exct.rs &c.a shall & will at all times
hereafter at y.e Request & Costs & Charges in y.e Law
of him y.e s.d Nicholas Hurt his heirs & assignes
make doe acknowledge Execute & suffer or cause to
be made done acknowledged Executed or suffered
all such further Lawfull & Reasonable act or acts
thing or things devices or assurances in y.e Law
whatsoever for y.e better ashureing shuremakeing
& conveying y.e s.d trract of Land hereby granted or
hereby intended to be granted with all & singular
