to grant bargan sell & convey y.e s.d tract
Land & premises hereby granted barganed &
sold with the apurtenances unto the s.d Henry
Davis his heirs & assignes in maner & forme
affores.d & that the s.d Henry Davis his heirs &
assignes shall & may be vertue of these presents
from time to time & at all times for ever hereafter
lawfully peaceably & quietly have hold
use occupy possess & enjoy the s.d tract of land
with every of their Rights members & apurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywayes
apertaining to have receive & take the rents
Ishues & profits to his & their owne proper use
for ever without y.e Let suite trouble or dis
disturbance of the s.d John Gibs his heirs or
any other person or persons whatsoever &
y.e freely & clearly acquited & discharged or
otherwise from time to time well & sufficiently
saved & keept harmless by y.e s.d John Gibs his
heirs Exct.rs &c.a from all former gifts grants
bargans Joyntures & from all other troubles and
incumbrances whatsoever commited or done by y.e
s.d John Gibs his means or procurement the rents &
services which shall from henceforth grow due and
payable to the chiefe Lord or Lords of y.e fee onely
excepted & further y.e s.d John Gibs his heirs Exct.rs &c.a
shall & will at all times hereafter at the request of
the s.d Henry Davis his heirs or assignes make doe
acknowledge execute or suffer or cause to be made
done acknowledged Executed or suffered all such
further Lawfull & reasonable act or acts device
or assurance in y.e Law whatsoever for the
better assuring & suremakeing & conveying the
before granted or intended to be granted tract of
one hundred acres of Land with the rights
members & apurtenances thereto belonging or
in anywayes apertaining unto the s.d Henry Davis
