Runing from thence west north west up along the
Creeke for breadth twenty four perches & west
seaventy & six pchs to a marked white oake & by
a line drawn from y.e s.d white oake Runing south
south west one hundred & sixty pchs & by a line
drawn from y.e End of y.e South South West line &
runing East seaventy & six pchs East South East
twenty four pches by a line drawn from y.e end
of y.e East South East line & runing North North
East one hundred & sixty pches unto the first
bounded white oake containing & now laid out
for one hundred acres more or less to be holden
of the manor of Baltemore (called Piny point)
according to certificate bearing date the ninth
day of Aprill An.o (1667) togather with all y.e
Rights members & apurtenances profits & commodities
whatsoever to the s.d tract of Land or
any part or parcell of them belonging or in
any wayes apertaining & also all y.e Estate
Right title intrest property claime or demand of
mee the s.d John Gibs of in & to the same as also
all deeds or writeings touching or any wayes
concerning the s.d tract of land or any part or
parcell thereof To have and to hold the
the s.d parcell or tract of land & all & singular y.e
premises thereunto belonging hereby granted barganed
& sold with every of its Rights members and
apurtenances whatsoever unto the s.d Henry
Davis his heirs & assignes & to the onely proper
use & behoofe of y.e s.d Henry Davis his heirs &
assignes for ever and y.e s.d John Gibs for himselfe
his heirs &c.a doth covenant grant & agree with
the s.d Henry Davis his heirs & assignes in maner
& form following that is to say that y.e s.d John
Gibs at the ensealing & delivery of these presents
hath good Right full power & lawfull authority
