timber trees water water courses fishings Commons
profits commodities & apurtenances to y.e s.d Eighty
three acres of Land belonging or any wayes apertaining
to have and to hold the s.d Eighty &
three acres of Land & all & singular other y.e premises
with y.e apurtenances unto y.e s.d Francis Stevens his
& assigns to y.e onely proper use & behoofe of y.e
s.d Francis Stevens his heirs & assignes forever
under such Rents & services as shall from henceforth
become due & payable to y.e chiefe Lord or Lords of y.e
premises out of or for y.e same and y.e s.d John Jones
& his heirs y.e affores.d Eighty three acres of Land to &
premises with y.e apurtenances against him y.e s.d Jn.o
Jones his heirs & assignes & all person or persons w.tsoever
claiming by from or under him them or any of them
shall & will warrant & for ever Defend by these presents
& y.e s.d John Jones for himselfe his heirs or assignes
doth covenant promise & grant to & with y.e s.d Francis
Stevens his heirs & assignes by these presents y.t all &
singular y.e s.d Eighty three acres of land with y.e
apurtenances before mentioned in & by these p.rsents
granted alienated barganed & sold & every part &
& parcell thereof are & be & at all times hereafter
shall be & remaine & continue clearly acquitted
exonerated & discharged of & from all maner
of former bargains sales gifts grants rents
arrearages of rents titles troubles incumbrances
whatsoever had made commited suffered or done
