the s.d Francis Stevens his heirs & assigns & every
of them shall & may at all times forever hereafter
peaceably lawfully & qu^i^etly have holde use occupy
possess & enjoy all & singular y.e before barganed
premises with the apurtenances without any maner
of lawfull let strife trouble or interruption of
him y.e s.d John Jones his heirs or assignes or of any
other person or persons whatsoever claiming by from
from or under him them or by either of their means
title or procurement & y.e s.d John Jones & all & every
maner of Estate title or intrest of in or to y.e s.d Eighty
three acres of land or any part or parcell thereof
shall & will at all times hereafter for & dureing y.e
terme of seaven years next ensueing y.e day of y.e
date of these p.rsents make Doe acknowledge execute
or cause to be made Done acknowledged executed or
suffered all & every such further & lawfull act or acts
thing or things Device or devices conveance or conveances
in y.e law whatsoever for y.e further
