Time & at all times for ever hereafter Lawfully peaceably & quietly
have hold use occupy possess & enjoy the s.d parcell of Land & all & singular
the before granted premises with their & every of their rights members
& apurtenances and have & receive & take y.e rents issue & profits thereof
to his & their owne proper use & behoofe for ever without any lawfull
Let suite trouble interuption or disturbance of y.e s.d Simon Willmore &
Rebecca his wife their heirs or any other person or persons whatsoever &
that free & Clear & freely & clearly acquitted & discharged or other waies
from time to time well & sufficiently saved & kept harmless by y.e s.d Simon
Wilmore & Rebecca his wife their heirs Exct.rs Admt.rs of & from all former
gifts grants Bargains sales Jointures & of & from all maner other troubles
& incumbrances whatsoever had made committed or done by y.e s.d
Simon Wilmore & Rebecca his wife or by their or either of their means
privity or procurement the Rents or services which from henceforth
shall grow due & payable to y.e Chiefe Lord or Lords of y.e fee onely
exepted & further y.e s.d Simon WIlmore & Rebecca his wife their heirs &c.a
shall & will from time to time & at all times hereafter at y.e request &
at y.e costs & charges in y.e law of him y.e s.d Philip Davis his heirs or assignes
make doe acknowledg & suffer & execute or cause to be made done
acknowledged Executed or suffered all & every such Lawfull & reasonable
act or acts thing or things device or assurances whatsoever for y.e
better assuring & shuremakeing & conveying the before granted or
hereby intended to be granted premises & parcell of Land with their & every
of their rights members & apurtenances unto y.e s.d Philip Davis his heirs
& assigns And it is further covenanted & agreed betweene the s.d parties
to these presents for them their heirs &c.a that all fines feoffments & any
other assurance in y.e law whatsoever had made knowledged or done
or hereafter to be made knowledged suffered or done by & betweene y.e s.d
parties or any of them of or concerning the s.d parcell of land & all and
singular y.e before granted premises with the apurtenances & every or
any part or parcell thereof shall be & enure & soe shall be esteemed Judged
and taken to be & enure to y.e onely proper use & behoofe of him y.e s.d Philip
Davis his heirs & assigns for ever & to noe other use intent or purpose
whatsoever In Wittness whereof y.e parties to these p.rsent Indentures
have set their hands & fixed their seals y.e Day & year first above
