Know all men by these p.rsents that I Simon Wilmer
of Kent County Gent am holden & firmly bound unto
Philip Davis of y.e County afors.d Blacksmith in y.e full &
Just sum of seaven thousand six hundred pounds of tobaco
and Caske to be paid unto y.e s.d Philip Davis his heirs Exct.rs
Admt.rs or assignes for performance hereof I binde myself
my heirs Exct.rs Admt.rs Jointly & severally in y.e whole & for
the whole firmly by these presents sealed with my seale
& dated this tenth day of August in y.e third year of the
Reigne of our sovereigne Lord & Lady &c.a Annq Dom 1691


The Condition of the above obligation is such y.e if y.e above bounden
Simon Wilmer doe & shall from time to time & at all times hereafter
well & truly observe fullfill performe & keep all & singular the covenants
grants & agreements which on y.e part of y.e s.d Simon Wilmer his heirs
& Exct.rs or any of them are to be observed fulfilled & keept contained
& specified in one indenture bearing date the third day of March An.o
one thousand six hundred ninety & one made betweene the s.d Simon
Wilmer & Rebecca his wife of y.e one part & the above named Philip
Davis of the other part according to the true intent & meaning of y.e
s.d Indenture then this obligation to be voide or Else to Remaine in

firm & lawfull conveance a parcell of land next Adjoyning
to a north north west line Runing from a bounded tree standing
at y.e Landing formerly called Thomas Seawards Landing being
part of a tract called Stepney as witness my hand & seale this
