claimeing by from or under them or any one of them shall & will
warrant and for ever defend by these presents And the said
Benjamin Blackleach & Hanah his wife for themselves their
heirs Ext.r & Admt.rs doth covenant grant & agree to & with y.e sd
Thomas Joce his heirs & assignes & every of them by these presents
in maner & forme following That is to say y.e he y.e sd Benjamin
Blackleach & Hanah his wife at y.e time of y.e ensealing and
delivery of these presents hath full power good right & lawfull
authority to grant bargain sell & convey all & every the before hereby
granted or mentioned hereby to be granted premises with their &
every of their apurtenances to the sd Thomas Joce his heirs or
assignes in maner & form afforesd & that y.e sd Thomas Joce his
heirs or assigns or any & every of them shall and may by vert
by force & vertue of these presents from time to time & at
all times for ever hereafter Lawfully peaceably & quietly have
hold use occupy possess and injoy the sd mesuage or tenement
& tract of land thereto belonging & all & singular y.e before
granted premises with their and every of their rights members &
apurtenances & have receive & take the rents isues & profits
thereof to his & their owne proper use & behoofe for ever without
any Lawfull let suite trouble interruption or disturbance of y.e sd
