Benjamin Blackleach or Hanah his wife or their heirs or any
other person or persons whatsoever & y.t free & clear & Freely and
Clearly acquitted & discharged or otherwaies from time to time
well & sufficiently saved & kept harmless by y.e sd Benjamin
Blackleach & Hanah his wife their heirs Execut.rs ^&^ Adm.rs of &
from all former gifts grants bargains sales Joyntures & of &
from all maner of other troubles & incumbrances whatsoever
had made commited or done by y.e sd Benjamin Blackleach or
Hanah his wife or by their or either of their means privity or
procurement (the rents & services which from henceforth shall
grow due & payable to y.e Chiefe lord or lords of y.e fee onely
excepted) & further y.e sd Benjamin Blackleach & Hanah his
wife their heirs & Exct.rs shall & will from time to time & at all
times hereafter as y.e reasonable request & at y.e costs & charges
in y.e law of him y.e sd Thomas Joce his heirs or assignes make
doe acknowledg execute & suffer or cause to be made done acknowledged
executed & suffered all & every such further Lawfull and
reasonable act or acts thing or things device or devices assurance
or assurances in y.e law whatsoever for y.e better asureing and shure
makeing & conveying y.e before granted or hereby intended to be granted
bargained premises with these & every of their rights members and
apurtenances unto y.e sd Thomas Joce his heirs & assignes & it is
further covenanted & agreed by & between the sd parties to these
presents for them their heirs & that all fines feoffments & any
other assurances in y.e law whatsoever had made Knowledged
or done or here after to be had made Knowledged or done by &
betweene the sd parties or any of them of or concerning y.e sd
mesuage & tenement or tract of land thereto belonging and all &
singular y.e before granted premises with y.e apurtenances & every
or any part or parcell thereof shall be & Enure & so shall be ossoomed
judged & taken to be & Enure to y.e onely proper use and
behoofe of the sd Thomas Joce his heirs & assignes for ever
and to noe other use intent or purpose whatsoever in witness
whereof y.e parties to these present Indentures have set their
hands & fixed their sealls the day & year first above written
