Called Stepneys in the occupation of Simon Wilmer Together

profitts Comodities & appurtenances whatsoever to the s.d
parcell of Tract of Land or to any pte or parcell therof
belonging or in any ways appurtaining and also all the
Estate right Interest use possession property Claime
and demand whatsoever of them the say Benjamin Blackleach
and Hannah his wife of In and with same w.th all deeds
writings & jurints Minuments Touching or Concerning the
p.rmises or any part of parcell therof To have and
to hold the sayd parcell or tract of one hundred Acres of Land
and all and Every other the appurtenances herby granted
Bargained & sold w.th their and Every of their Rights members
and appurtenances whatsoever unto the sayd Thomas Joce
