Covenant grant and agree to and w.th the sayd Thomas Joce his
Heires and assignes and Every of them by these p.rsents y.t the sayd

force and vertue heroff from time to time and att all times for
Ever her after lawfully peacably and quietly have Hold occupie
possess and Enjoy the sayd parcell or tract of ^one hundred acres^ Land of one

premisses with there right members & appurtenances and
have and receive & take the Issues & profitts Herof to their
own proper use and behoof without any lawfull lett
sale Trouble deniall Interuption or disturbance of the
sayd Benj.n Blackleach & Hannah his wife their Heires
