170 One hundred & sixty perches unto the first named red oak tree containing & Laid out for fifty acres more or Less together with all rights profitts And benefitts thereunto belonging or in any wise apertain with all deed & writings Evidence & manuscripts touching or in any wise apertaining or concerning the premisses or any part or parcell thereof To have & to hold the s.d parcell or tract of Land with all & singuler the rights & members perquisetts & appurtenances and whatsoever belonging unto the s.d William Pickett his heires Executors Adminis.rs assignes for Ever and the s.d Michaell Miller for himself his heirs Executors & Adm.rs doth herby covenant & grant to and with the s.d William Pickett his heires Executors Adminis.rs or assignes that he the s.d Michaell Miller his heirs Executors or Adminis.rs the s.d parcell or tract of Land and all other the bargained premisses unto the s.d William Pickett his heirs Executors Adminis.rs or assignes against all maner of persons claiming by from or under him them or any of them shall & will for Ever hereafter warant and defend by these persons the rents & services from time to time for or in respect of the premisses w.ch shall grow due & payable to the cheif Lord or Lords for or in respect of his or there seignority or seignoritys only Excepted & foreprized And further the s.d Mich Miller his heires Exe.rs Adminis.rs shall & will from time to time and at all times hereafter during the space of seven years at the request and in the proper cost & charges in the Land of the s.d W.m Pickett his heirs Ex.rs Adminis.rs or assignes make doe Execute & suffer or cause to be made done Executed & suffred all & Every Such further & other act or acts thing or thins device or devices assurance or assurances whatsoever for the better assuring & more sure makeing of the s.d bargained premisses unto him the s.d William Pickett his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes or his or there Concell Learned the Law shall reasonably be devised advised or required In witness wherof I the s.d Michaell Miller to these presents have sett my hand & seale the day & yeare as written Sealed & Delivered in psents of Allan Smyth Acknowledged in March court 1685/6 recorded p Mi Mill Elias King Clk John Darby |
