Daniel Dullahuntey of Kent County planter at
last Court Entered Into Recognizance for the afd Eliz.a
Paskell appearance at this Court to Answer unto an
Indictment for fornication and Good Behaviour &
now at this Court the s.d Elizabeth haveing appeared ordered that the said
Dan.l Dullahunteys Recog.c be Discharged

    Daniel Dullahuntey of Kent County planter at last Court as afd
Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of
Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain
to be Levey'd of his Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements Conditionally
that if the afd Elizabeth Paskell Should not make her personal appear.ce
before the Justices of the then next Court to be held for s.d County at y.e Courthouse
in the Town of Chester to Answer unto an Indictment found ag.st her for
fornication and if that in the mean time She Should not be of Good behav.r
and now at this Court to wit the 21.st Day of June Anno Dom. 1726 the
s.d Elizabeth haveing appeared the s.d Dan.l Dullahunty his Recog.c
is Discharged

    Kent County fs.t The Jurors for the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry that now
is for the body of Kent County afd upon their oath Do present that Elizabeth
Paskell of Shrewsbury parish in the County afd Spinster the first Day
of October Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty five at the parish
afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court Did Commit fornication
with a Certain person to the Jurors afd unknown and Did Permit the
Same unknown person then and there to have Carnal knowledge of her body
and to begett then and there a Bastard Child on the body of her the Same Elizabeth
to the high Displeasure of Almighty God to y.e Evill Example of all others in
Such Case offending Contrary to the peace of the s.d Lord prop.ry that now is his
Good Rule and Government & against the form of the Act of Assembly in Such Case

                                        A true Bill p Sam.l Wickes foreman

    Afterwards to wit the twenty first Day of June Anno Dom. 1726 Comes here
Into Court the afd Tench Francis Attry of the s.d Lord prop.ry and Saith that
for as much as he hath not Evidence Sufficient to Maintain the afd Charge
in the Indictment afd Specified against the s.d Elizabeth Paskell he will
