in the Town of Chester to Answer unto an Inditment found against him
for Adultery and if that in the mean time he Should not be of Good behaviour
and now at this Court to wit the twenty first Day of June Anno Dom.
Seventeen hundred and twenty Six the s.d John haveing appeared his
Recog.c is Discharged

    Ordered by the Court here that the afd John Evans Enter into Recognizance
for his appearance at next Court to Answer unto an Indictment found ag.st
him for Adultery and Good Behaviour

    Thereupon John Evans of Kent County Gentl present here in Court in
his proper person Doth Acknowledge himself Indebted unto the Right
Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume
of ten pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of
his Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord
prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if ^he^ the Same John
Shall not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the
next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town
of Chester in y.e Same County on the third Teusday of August next Ensueing
to Answer unto what an Indictment found against him for Adultery
and if that in the mean time he Shall not be of Good Behaviour herew.th
the said John Evans Doth Acknowledge himself to be Content

    Ordered by the Court here that Elizabeth Paskell find Security for her
appearance at next Court As an Evidence against the afd John Evans

    Thereupon Daniel Dullahuntey of Kent County planter & present
here in Court in his proper person Acknowledges himself Indebted unto the
Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of five pounds Sterl
money of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of his Goods and Chattels
Lands and Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and Suc^c^essors
Conditionally that if the afd Elizabeth Paskell Shall not make her
personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the
County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in The Same County
on the third Teusday of August next Ensueing to Testifie the truth of her
knowledge in a Certain matter of Controversey Depending in the Same Court
between the s.d Lord prop.ry and the afd John Evans and ^on^ part of his Lordship
against the afd John wherewith the s.d Daniel Dullahuntey is Content
