prosecute the Same Indictment further Therefore it is Considered by the
Justices here to wit at the Court house in the Town of Chester in s.d County this
twenty first Day of June Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty Six
that the afd Elizabeth Paskell as to the Indictment afd She go thereof without
Day and be therefrom Acquitted also it is Considered that the s.d Elizabeth
Paskell pay the Sume of two hundred and Sixty one pounds of Tob.o
Costs Accrueing on the premises afd to the officers of this Court
