Se it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the President and Directors of the Baltimore and
Ohio Rail Road Company, be, and they are hereby author-

called Wager's Bridge, such allowance for the right of
way, and for the free use in perpetuity, by the said compa-

An act to repeal an act, entitled, an act making appropria-
tions for the benefit of the American Colonization Society,
passed at December session, eighteen hundred and twenty
six, chapter one hundred and seventy-two.

WHEREAS, by an act passed at December session, eigh-
teen hundred and twenty -six, chapter one hundred and se-
venty-two, making appropriations for the benefit of the
American Colonization Society; and whereas, by the rc-
have not drawn on the Treasurer for several years past, for
the appropriations made by the act aforesaid, for the pur-
pose of carrying into execution the benevolent designs of
the state; and whereas, the state having now embarked in
that great and important work on her own resources —
Therefore,

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the several sums appropriated by said act
as aforesaid, which have not already been appropriated,
be, and the same are hereby appropriated to, and for, the
use of the state as other money now in the Treasury.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the aforesaid act, be,
and the same is hereby repealed to all intents and purposes.
