annual ground rent of $32.00 issuing thereout on the eastern-
most side of Eutaw street 198 feet 2 inches southwardly from
Little Montgomery street, having a front of 12 feet 4 inches
southerly and an even width for a depth of 71 feet easterly;
the lot of ground with the annual ground rent of $36.00 issuing
thereout on the north side of Barney street 63 feet 3 1/2 inches
easterly from Byrd street, having a front of 12 feet easterly
and an even width for a depth of 100 feet northerly; the lot
of ground with the annual ground rent of $36.00 issuing there-
out on the north side of Barney street 75 feet 3 1/2 inches
easterly from Byrd street, having a front of 12 feet easterly
and an even width for a depth of 100 feet northerly; the lot
of ground with the annual ground rent of $50.00 issuing there-
out at the southeast corner of Race and McComas streets, hav-
ing a front of 14 feet easterly and an even width for a depth
of 80 feet southerly; the lot of ground with the annual ground
rent of $50.00 issuing thereout on the south side of McComas
street 14 feet east from Race street, having a front of 14 feet
easterly and an even width for a depth of 80 feet southerly;
the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Mary-
land is also hereby declared, given and granted to such allot-
ment, deed, grant and conveyance, and the payment of the bal-
ance of the bequest in cash; with full power to the Baptist
Institute for Christian Workers to hold, use, sell, mortgage,
lease or otherwise dispose of said lots of ground, and to use
and dispose of such cash.

39. To the assignment and conveyance of the parcel of land
lying in the City of Baltimore, and State of Maryland, begin-
ning for the same on the north side of North avenue at the
distance of two hundred and ninety-eight feet and ten inches
westerly from the intersection of the centre line of Payson
street, and the line of the north side of North avenue, and hav-
ing a front on North avenue of fifteen feet and five inches,
with an even depth of eighty feet to an alley ten feet wide,
made by George Esmann, and Minnie Esmann, his wife, to the
German English Evangelical Lutheran Concordia Church of
Baltimore City, a body corporate, its successors and assigns,
dated June 23rd, 1909, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2509, folio 167; and
to the sale, grant and release of the reversion of the same, from
David B. Ellicott and Elizabeth W. Ellicott, his wife, to the
German English Evangelical Lutheran Concordia Church of
