Seminary of the Methodist Protestant Church, at Westminster,
Carroll County, State of Maryland.

37. To the bequest made by Jeremiah Baublitz, late of
Carroll County, Md., deceased, of the sum of three hundred
dollars ($300) to the Trustees of Saint Luke's Evangelical
Lutheran Church, otherwise known as Winter's Church, New
Windsor District, Carroll County, Maryland, and to their
successors in the trust to be used by them in caring for and
maintaining the grave of the said testator and the graves of
the members of his family in said cemetery, belonging to said
Church, said gift and bequest of the said sum being par-
ticularly shown in the last will and testament of the said
testator duly recorded among the will records of Carroll
County, Maryland, January twenty-first, nineteen hundred and
eighteen, in Liber W. A. No. 12, folio 157.

38. To the gift, devise and bequest made by the last will
and testament of Elizabeth M. C. Gault, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, dated December 29th, 1913, and recorded in
the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City, in Wills
Record, Liber H. W. J. No. 132, folio 381, etc., to the Baptist
Institute for Christian Workers, a society incorporated under
the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in
the City of Philadelphia, in said State, of a sufficient number
of her ground rents or annuities therein referred to and of
which she died seized, when capitalized at six per cent as
therein mentioned and allotted by her executor, to equal the
principal sum of five thousand dollars absolutely; any
deficiency between the total capitalization of the ground rents
or annuities so allotted by her executor and such sum of five
thousand dollars, to be paid in cash out of her estate to such
corporation; L. Scott Carswell, her executor, by virtue and in
pursuance of the terms of said last will and testament, having
allotted, and, by his deed dated February 25th, 1920, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S.
C. L. No. 3524, folio 588, etc., having granted and conveyed
to the said the Baptist Institute for Christian Workers, its
successors and assigns, the six ground rents or annuities situate
in the City of Baltimore, State of Maryland, namely: The lot
of ground with the annual ground rent of $45.50 issuing there-
out on the east side of Belt avenue 105 feet south of Barney
street, having a front of 13 feet southerly and an even width
for a depth of 85 feet easterly; the lot of ground with the
