Baltimore City, dated October 2nd, 1918, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No.
3268, folio 162.

40. To the lease and conveyance of the parcel of ground
lying in the City of Baltimore, and State of Maryland, begin-
ning for the same on the south side of Walbrook avenue, at the
distance of eighty feet easterly, from the corner formed by the
intersection of the south side of Walbrook avenue, and the
east side of Payson street, and having a front on Walbrook
avenue of eighty feet, with an even depth of eighty feet to a
ten-foot alley, made by Boston Fear and Elizabeth Fear, his
wife, to the Trustees of the German-English Evangelical
Lutheran Concordia Church of Baltimore City, a body corpor-
ate, its successors and assigns, dated November 13, 1893, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
J. B. No. 1478, folio 380, and to the sale, grant and release
of the reversion in said lot, and the annual rent therefor issu-
ing, arising, and payable out of the same, from Nathan H.
Baile, executor to the trustees of the German-English
Evangelical Lutheran Concordia Church of Baltimore City,
a body corporate, which deed is dated July 28, 1903. and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
R. O. No. 2027, folio 52.

41. To the bequest of $2000.00 as contained in the last will
and testament of Charles W. Muller, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, to the Second English Evangelical Lutheran Church
of Baltimore described in said will as Second Evangelical
Lutheran Church, said last will and testament being recorded
in Liber H. W. J. No. 128, folio 562, etc., being one of the
books of record in the office of the Register of Wills of Balti-
more City, Maryland.

42. To the sale, grant and conveyance to the Trustees of the
Second English Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore of
a certain lot of ground and premises in Baltimore City. State
of Maryland, by George W. Watts by deed dated May 25,
1917, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber S. C. L. No. 3132, folio 172, etc.

43. To the sale, grant and conveyance to the trustees of
the Second English Evangelical Lutheran Church of Balti-
more of a certain lot of ground and premises in Baltimore
City, State of Maryland, by Lyttleton B. Purnell by deed
dated tenth day of January, 1920, and recorded among the
