33. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Upton W. Dorsey, late of Baltimore City, deceased, of. the
sum of one thousand ($1,000) dollars, to the First Reformed
Church of Baltimore, said last will and testament being of
record in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City
in Liber 132, folio 216 of the records of wills in said office.

34. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Mary Bowie Dulin. Tate of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, viz: (a) To the bequest contained in Item 13 of the
last will and testament of Mary Bowie Dulin, late of Balti-
more City, deceased, of securities or property aggregating ten
thousand dollars in value, out of her residuary estate, in equal,
shares to the Corporate Board of Finance of the Baltimore An-
nual Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church South
and the Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church of
the Diocese of Maryland, for the purpose therein mentioned,
after, the death of the life beneficiaries or annuitants therein
mentioned; (b) to the bequest contained in Item 13 of said
will of securities or property out of her residuary estate, aggre-
gating five thousand dollars in value, to the Board of Mission
of the Methodist Episcopal Church South, after the. death of
such life beneficiaries or annuitants.

35. To the assignment of mortgage from Martin Horn and
wife to the Trustees of the German Evangelical St. Matthew's
Mission of Homestead of Baltimore City, Maryland; the said
mortgage being recorded in Liber S. C. W. 3524. folio 13. one
of the land records of Baltimore City.

36. To the following gifts and bequests contained in the
last will and testament of Eleanora F. Dale, late of Worcester
County, State of Maryland, deceased, which will is duly of
record among the testamentary records of said Worcester
County, to wit: (a) To the gift and bequest of one thousand
dollars in cash to the Trustees of Bethany Methodist Protestant
Church, of Pocomoke City, Maryland, for the support of the
Gospel in said Church or Congregation, and of the additional
sum of five hundred dollars for maintaining the cemetery con-
nected with the said Church or Congregation; (b) to the gift
and bequest of five hundred dollars in cash to the Trustees
of Salem Methodist Protestant Church, at Jamestown, Somer-
set County. State of Maryland; (c) to the gift or bequest of
one thousand dollars in cash to the Westminster Theological
