10. To the grant and deed made and executed by J. Herbert
Johnston to the Methodist Preachers' Aid Society of Balti-
more, a body corporate, said deed bearing date May 9th, 1911,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. No. 2657, folio 258, by which deed a vested
remainder was conveyed to said body corporate with the right,
to collect out of the property described therein an annual
ground rent of ninety dollars, payable semi-annually said
right to commence upon the death of the life tenant of the
reversion.

11. To the following devises contained in the last will and
testament of Sarah Louisa Wilson, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, said will being recorded in the office of the Register
of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills No. 126, folio 396_: all of
said devises being in favor of and to the Methodist Preachers'
Aid Society of Baltimore and consisting of the following
ground rents: (a) Ground rent of one hundred dollars per
annum issuing from lot on the south side of North avenue in
Mount Washington, Baltimore County, see lease May 20th,
1881, from Henry W. Cooke to Isaac P. Maxwell, recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. M.
T. No. 125, folio 182, etc.; also deed from Henry W. Cooke
to Sarah Louisa. Wilson, dated June 10th, 1884, and recorded
among the aforesaid Land Records in Liber W. M. I. No. 141,
folio 415; (b) ground rent of fifty dollars per annum issuing
from lot on the south side of North avenue in Mount Washing-
ton, Baltimore County, see lease dated June 16th, 1883. from
Henry W. Cooke to William J. Johnson, recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. M. I. No. 137,
folio 24, etc., also deed from Henry W. Cooke to Sarah Louisa
Wilson, dated June 10th, 1884, and recorded among the Land
Records aforesaid in Liber W. M. I. No. 141, folio 415, etc.;
(c) ground, rent of fifty dollars per annum issuing from lot on
the south side of North avenue in Mount Washington, Balti-
more County, see lease dated December 7th, 1883. from Henry
W. Cooke to William J. Johnson, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. M. T. No. 139,
folio 106, etc., also deed from Henry W. Cooke to Sarah
Louisa Wilson dated June 10th, 1884, and recorded among the
Land Records aforesaid in Liber W. M. I. No. 141., folio 415,
etc.; (d) ground rent of fifty dollars per annum issuing from
lot on the south side of North avenue in Mount Washington,
