with full power to the said the Trustees of Frederick Avenue
Methodist Episcopal Church, South, in the City of Baltimore,
to sell, mortgage or in any other manner, dispose of said prop-
erty described in said deed.
7. To the following devises and bequests contained in the
last will and testament of Eleanora F. Edmondston, late of
Frederick County, deceased: (a) To the Trustees of the
Methodist Protestant Church of New Market, Frederick
County, and their successors, the sum of one thousand dol-
lars in trust for a new church building fund; (b) to the
Trustees of the Methodist Protestant Church of New Market,
five hundred dollars in trust for the care of the burial lot
adjacent to said church; (c) all the rest and residue of her
property and estate to the Theological Seminary of the Metho-
dist Protestant Church at Westminster, Carroll County, Md.,
to be applied by the President of the Seminary for educating
young men for the ministry of the Methodist Protestant
Church.
8. To the following bequests and gifts under the will of
Ann C. Perine, deceased, recorded in the office of the Register
of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber H. W. J. 132. folio
342, etc., namely:
Under Item No. 1 of said will:
A gift of one thousand dollars to the vestry of St. Paul's
Parish for the endowment fund of said parish.
Under Item No. 2 of said will:
A gift of one thousand dollars to the Boys' School of St.
Paul's Parish for the endowment fund of said school.
Under Item No. 3 of said will!
A gift of one thousand dollars to the vestry of St. Paul's
Parish for St. Paul's House.
Under Item No. 5 of said will:
A gift of two thousand dollars to the Convention of the
Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Maryland.
Under Item No. 6 of said will:
A gift of two thousand dollars to the vestry of the Church
of the Redeemer.
9. To the grant and deed made and executed by the Tyson
Colored Methodist Protestant Church to the Tyson African
Methodist Episcopal Church, a body corporate, said deed bear-
ing date April 15th, 1919, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3343, folio 47, etc.
