Baltimore County, see lease dated December 8th, 1884, from
Sarah Louisa Wilson to Frederick Oldham, recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. M. I. No.
143, folio 235, etc., also deed from Henry W. Cooke to Sarah
Louisa Wilson, dated June 10th, 1884, and recorded among the
Land Records aforesaid in Liber W. M. I. No. 141, folio 415,
etc.; (e) ground rent of one hundred and fifty dollars per
annum issuing from lot on the south side of North avenue in
Mount Washington, Baltimore County, see lease dated Decem-
ber 27th, 1884, from Sarah Louisa Wilson to James E. Ayers,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in
Liber W. M. I. No. 144, folio 298, etc., also deed dated June
10th, 1884. and recorded among the Land Records aforesaid
in Liber W. M. I. No. 141, folio 415, etc.

12. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of David H. Carroll, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, said will being recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City in Liber H. W. J. No. 114, folio 194,
to the Methodist Preachers' Aid Society of Baltimore, as fol-
lows : Twenty-five five-hundredths equal shares or parts of
the residuary estate of said David H. Carroll, the income only
to be used for the purposes of the Methodist Preachers' Aid
Society of Baltimore.

13. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Georgeanna S. Stansbury, late of Baltimore City, deceased,
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City
in Wills Liber H. W. J. No. 133, folio 346, etc., of the sum of
$500 to the vestry of Mount Calvary Church, Baltimore City.

14. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Samuel Q. Johnson, late of Wicomico County, of the sum of
$2500, to the vestry and wardens of Salisbury Parish, Diocese
of East on, Maryland, of the Protestant Episcopal Church (the
correct name of which is "Vestry of Salisbury Parish," a cor-
poration) ; said will and testament being recorded in the office
of the Register of Wills of Wicomico County in Liber J. W.
D. No. 1, folio 215, etc.

15. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Margaret P. Johnston, late of Baltimore City, deceased, re-
corded in the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore
City, in Wills Liber H. W. J. No. 134, folio 1, etc., of the sum
of $10,000 to the vestry of Mount Calvary Church, Baltimore
