328-B. The taxable limits of Pen Mar are declared to be as
follows: Beginning at a point in the center line of the public
road leading from Lake Rover by the "Western part of High-
field in a Northerly direction by Fennersville, Pa., where the
same is intersected by the Maryland and Pennsylvania State
line; running thence with said State line West one and sev-
enty-five one-hundredths miles (1.75 mi.) or so far as to. inter-
sect the center line of County road No. 1413, thence with the
center line of said road in a southwesterly direction one and
three-tenths miles (1.3 mi.), more or less, thence with the
center line of road No. 1417 still in a southwesterly direction
one and twenty-five one-hundredths miles (1.25 mi.) or so
far as to intersect the south bank of a stream of water flowing
in a westerly direction and south of High Rock and thence
with the south bank thereof and the continuation of said bank
in an easterly direction a distance of ninety-five one-hun-
dredths miles (0.95 mi.) or so far as to intersect the trail
leading in a southeastward direction from High Rock thence
with said trail in a southeasterly direction eight-tenths of a
mile (0.8 mi.) or so far as to intersect the center line of road
No. 1406; theuce with same in a northeasterly direction two
and fifteen one-hundredths miles (2.15 mi.) or so far as to
intersect the center line of road No. 1407; thence with same
in a northwesterly direction three-tenths of a mile (0.3 mi.)
to intersect the center line of the road leading in a north-
easterly direction at a point a short distance southeast of the
Buena Vista Spring Station on the Western Md. R. R.; thence
with said road in a northeasterly direction one-tenth of a
mile (0.1 mi.) or so far as to intersect the center line of the
road running northwestward by Buena Vista Spring Station
and thence with said road in a northwesterly direction cross-
ing the W. M. R. R. and the Electric Ry.. a distance of three-
tenths of a mile (0.3 mi.) or so far as to intersect the center
line of the first mentioned road in this description from Lake
Royer to Pennersville; thence with the center line of said
road in a northeasterly direction eighty-five one-hundredths
of a mile (0.85 mi.) more or less to the place of beginning,
exclusive of the following described tract. Beginning at the
intersection of the center line of the W. M. R. R.'s main
track with the Mason-Dixon line and running thence with the
