Company's sub-division of Takoma Park; thence with a con-
tinuation of the said dividing line through said block num-
bered sixty-seven (67) to the intersection of said line with
Takoma avenue; thence across Takoma avenue to the north-
west corner of lot numbered nine (9) in block numbered
seventy-one (71) of the Takoma Park Loan and Trust Com-
pany's sub-division of Takoma Park; thence with the north-
easterly boundary line pf said block numbered seventy-one
(71) to the intersection of the said line with Baltimore ave-
nue ; thence across Baltimore avenue .to the northwest corner
of lot numbered five (5) in block numbered eighty-one (81)
of the Takoma Park Loan and Trust Company's sub-division
