A further supplement to the act entitled, an act to incorpo-
rate the Delaware and Maryland Rail Road Company.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the fifth section of the act entitled, a
further supplement to the act entitled an act to incor-
porate the Delaware and Maryland Rail Road compa-
ny, passed at December session eighteen hundred and
thirty-five, chapter ninety-three, be and the same is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be if enacted, That the twenty fourth
section of the original act passed at December session
eighteen hundred and thirty one, chapter two hundred
and ninety six to which this is a further supplement,

An act to continue in force the acts of assembly which
would expire with the present session of the General
Assembly.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That all such acts or parts of acts as would expire
with the present session of the General Assembly, be,
and the same are hereby re-enacted and continued in
force to the last Monday of December next, and to the
end of the session of the General Assembly thereafter.

An act to incorporate the Calvert Beneficial Society.

WHEREAS, James Webb, George Henisler, Andrew
Martin, Philip Reily, Simon Kemp, and others have
formed themselves into a society for the laudable pur-
pose of affording relief to each other in the event of
sickness, distress and death, and have prayed for an
act of incorporation to enable them to execute their
