An act to authorise the Commissioners of the Town of
Havre-de-Grace, to convey to the Baltimore and Port
Deposit Sail Road Company a part of Saint Clair
Street, in said Town,

Authority to
deed, &c.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners of the town of Havre-de-Grace,
in Harford county, be, and they are hereby authorised
if to them it shall seem fit so to do, to execute a deed
to the Baltimore and Port Deposit Rail Road Company
for all that part of Saint Clair street, laid out and in
part excavated and embanked by them for a Rail Road
on their receiving such compensation therefor as has
been or may be agreed on by the parties concerned ;

Proviso
|
provided, that this act shall not be construed to affect
or interfere with the rights of any person or persons,
or body .corporate, except the rights of said town of
Havre-de-Grace.

An act for the relief of William McComas, one of the
lute Collectors of Harford County.
|

Discretion al-
lowed
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners of Harford county, be, and they
are hereby authorised and empowered in their discre-
tion to allow to the credit of William McComas, one
of the late, collectors of said county, in the settlement
of his accounts, the sum of one hundred and seventy-
five dollars, if they shall be satisfied that such amount
of public money had been stolen from him, or lost
without his default.
