it shall be the duty of the coroners of Baltimore city ,
and county to hold an inquest over all persons found
dead in the city and county aforesaid, where the man-
ner and .cause af such deatli shall not be clearly known
as accidental or in the course of nature.

CHAP. 166.

SEC. 2. And be if enacted, Thievery thing incon-
sistent with the provisions of this act heretofore passed,
be, and the same is hereby repealed, and declared null
and void.

CHAPTER 166.

Repeal

An act to make valid the Charter and Constitution, and
the Proceedings of the German Evangelical Reformed
Congregation of Christ Church, in Middletown, in
Frederick County.

WHEREAS, the members of the German Evangelical
Reformed Congregation of Christs Church, in Middle
Town, did in the year eighteen hundred and thirty,
adopt a charter and constitution, in pursuance of the
act of eighteen hundred and two, chapter one hundred
and eleven, and its several supplements thereto, anil
amend the same in the year eighteen hundred and thir-
ty-three, which charter and constitution, in conse-
quence of some irregularity in the proceedings and
actions of said members, and the consistory by them
appointed, are deemed inefficient and inoperative; —
Therefore,

Preamble

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the charter and constitution above
adopted, and as now amended, be and the same are
hereby declared valid; and the said charter and consti-
tution as amended, shall have the same force and effect
as if all the provisions of the act of the General As-
sembly passed at December session, eighteen hundred
and two, chapter one hundred and eleven, and its seve-
ral supplements, had been complied with.

ceedings of every description whatsoever, heretofore
done or performed, or which may hereafter be done or
