Episcopal Church" its successors and assigns, to its own and
their own use and behoof.

29. To the sale, grant and deed of a certain lot of ground
and improvements situate and lying in the City of Baltimore
and described as follows: BEGINNING at the northeast corner
of Jefferson Street and Milton Avenue; and running thence
northerly, binding on the east side of Milton Avenue, sixty
feet; thence easterly, parallel with Jefferson Street, seventy-
five feet to an alley ten feet wide; thence southerly, binding
on the west side of said alley, with the use thereof in common,
sixty feet to the north side of Jefferson Street; and thence
westerly, binding on the north side of Jefferson Street, seventy-
five feet to the place of beginning, to "The Baltimore City Mis-
sionary and Church Extension Society of the Methodist Epis-
copal Church" a body corporate, duly incorporated under the
laws of the State of Maryland, its successors and assigns in
fee simple, by "The Exeter Memorial Methodist Episcopal
Church" a body corporate, duly incorporated under the laws
of the State of Maryland by its deed dated October 6, 1915,
and recorded among the Land Records of the City of Balti-
more in Liber S. C. L. No. 3004 folio 52, etc., being the lot first
described in and conveyed by said deed, and that fee simple
title to said lot and improvements vest absolutely in said
grantee, its successors and assigns, to its own and their own
use and behoof.

30. To the sale, grant and deed of that tract or parcel of
ground situate and lying in the City of Baltimore, viz. BEGIN-
NING for the same on the. northeast side of Exeter Street one
hundred and twenty feet southeasterly from the corner formed
by the intersection of the southeast side of Gay Street with
the northeast side of Exeter Street; and running thence south-
easterly on and with Exeter Street seventy-five feet; thence
northeasterly, parallel with Gay Street, one hundred and sixty
feet to the southwest side of Chestnut Street; thence north-
westerly, on and with Chestnut Street, twenty-five feet; thence
southwesterly, parallel with Gay Street, forty-four feet seven
inches; thence northwesterly parallel with Chestnut Street,
twenty-five feet; thence southwesterly parallel with Gay Street,
six feet five inches; thence northwesterly parallel with Chest-
nut Street, twenty-five feet; and thence southwesterly, parallel
with Gay Street, one hundred and nine feet to the place of
beginning, to "The Baltimore City Missionary and Church
Extension Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church" a body
corporate, its successors and assigns, in fee simple, by "The
Exeter Memorial Methodist Episcopal Church", a body cor-
porate, by its deed dated October 6, 1915, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No 3004
folio 52, etc., comprising the lot secondly, thirdly, fourthly,
