26. To the devise and bequest contained in the will of James
Benson, late of Talbot County, deceased, dated July 2, 1887, to
Sardis Chapel of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the Wil-
mington Conference of the remainder of his estate, upon the
death of certain persons named in said will, without issue sur-
viving them.

27. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
and codicil of John K. McCulloh, late of Bedford, Pennsyl-
vania, deceased, of two parts or shares of the rest and remain-
der of his estate, which is divided into eighteen equal parts or
shares, to the Preachers' Aid Society Baltimore Conference of
the Methodist Episcopal Church, said will and codicil bearing
date October 9, 1882, and recorded in the office of the Register
of Wills for Bedford County, in the State of Pennsylvania, in
Wills Book No. 6 page 58, etc. and a duplicate copy thereof
taken from said record was filed and recorded in the office of
the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber R. T. B. No.
51 folio 517, etc., which said last will and testament and codicil
has been construed by the decree of Circuit Court No. 2 of Bal-
timore City in the case of the Safe Deposit and Trust Company
of Baltimore, trustee, et al, vs. Jennie H. McCulloh, et al, docket
A 157-1900, said decree being dated March 9, 1915, wherein it is
determined that the testator intended the Methodist Preachers
Aid Society of Baltimore by the designation in his codicil
"Preachers' Aid Society, Baltimore Conference of the Methodist
Episcopal Church. ".

28. To the sale, grant and assignment of the leasehold in-
terest or estate in a certain lot of ground in Baltimore City, de-
scribed as follows, viz. BEGINNING for the same at the north-
east corner of Jefferson Street and Milton Avenue; and run-
ning thence northerly, binding on the east side of Milton Ave-
nue, sixty feet; thence easterly, parallel with Jefferson Street,
seventy-five feet to an alley ten feet wide; thence southerly,
binding on the west side of said alley, with the use thereof in
common, sixty feet to the north side of Jefferson Street; and
thence westerly, binding on Jefferson Street, seventy-five feet
to the place of beginning, to "The Exeter Memorial Methodist
Episcopal Church" a body corporate, by William Merriken, by
his deed dated April 14 1915, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No, 2969 folio 149,
etc; and to the sale, grant and release to the said body cor-
porate of the reversion in said lot and of the annual rent there-
tofore issuing, arising and payable out of the same, by Clarence
M. Ellinger and Theodora H. Ellinger, his wife, by their deed
dated April 14, 1915, and recorded among the Land Records
of said City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2969 folio 150 etc. and that
said lot of ground and the improvements thereon vest abso-
lutely in fee simple in said "The Exeter Memorial Methodist
