7. To the bequest of five thousand dollars ($5000. -) to the
Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the Diocese
of Easton, as trustee for St. Paul's Church, in Berlin, Worces-
ter Parish, Maryland, contained in the last will and testament
of Mrs. Virginia Hammond Fleming, late of the City of Harris-
burg, in the State of Pennsylvania, deceased, as a trust fund
in memory of her deceased father, John T. Hammond, her
deceased mother, Esther P. Hammond, and her deceased sister,
Kate T. Hammond, for the purposes, and subject to all the con-
ditions set forth in said last will and testament, dated July 9
1912, and duly admitted to probate in the Surrogate's Court,
New York County, State of New York, August 27, 1914.
8. To the following grants of real estate to toe Trustees of
the Methodist Episcopal Church of the West Baltimore Sta-
tion in the City of Baltimore, a body corporate, under the laws
of the State of Maryland: (a) from Elizabeth Clarke Church-
man, dated April 8, 1915, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. G. L. No. 2974 folio 87,
etc. (b) from the Baltimore City Missionary and Church
Extension Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church, dated
May 13, 1915, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2975 folio 323, etc.; and to the
acquisition by the said Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
Church of the West Baltimore Station in the City of Baltimore,
at any time hereafter whether by gift, grant or otherwise, of
the fee simple title to the lot of land in the first grant herein-
before set forth in which it is entitled the leasehold interest or
less than a fee simple title, by virtue of the grant aforemen-
tioned, and by virtue of the sanction hereinbefore by this Act
given; and to the holding, sale, mortgaging leasing or other-
wise disposing of any and all of the lots of land in both of the
aforesaid grants mentioned.
9. To the sale, grant and deed of a certain leasehold lot of
ground situate on the northwest side of Wilkens Avenue, in the
City of Baltimore, described as follows, viz: BEGINNING at the
corner formed by the intersection of the northwest side of Wil-
kens Avenue with the east side of a three foot alley, about
sixty-one feet east of Mount Street; thence northeasterly with
Wilkens Avenue twelve feet ten inches; thence north sixty-two
feet eight inches; thence west twelve feet two inches; and
thence south, with said alley, sixty-six feet to the place of be-
ginning, to "The Trustees of Wilkens Avenue Methodist Epis-
copal Church South in the City of Baltimore" a body corporate
duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland, by
Elmer E. Forrest and Rhona G. Long, by their deed dated De-
cember 20, 1915, and recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3019 folio 301, and that title
to said leasehold property vest absolutely in said corporation,
