664 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

whole assessable property situated and located within the said
following limits of Mount Washington, in Baltimore County,
which shall be as follows, to wit: Beginning for the same at
the intersection of the east side of Green Spring Avenue and the
north side of Euclid Avenue; thence northeasterly along the
northernmost side of said avenue and in a straight line to the
line of the westernmost side of the Northern Central Railway;
thence northerly bounding on the westernmost side of said rail-
way until it intersects a line drawn due east from the northern-
most corner of Dixon Park, thence reversing said line so drawn
and bounding thereon due west to the said northernmost corner
of Dixon Park, thence westerly on the northernmost outline of
Dixon Park to the easternmost outline of the tract of land
known as the "Carroll Property," thence southerly, easterly,
and southwesterly on the outlines of the said "Carroll Prop-
erty" to the northeast corner of the property of the Hill Top
Park Company, thence southwesterly bounding on the property
of the Hill Top Park Company to the northerly boundary line
of the property of Thomas J. Shryock, thence southwesterly
bounding along same to the westernmost corner of said land,
thence southeasterly still bounding on said land to the north side
of North Avenue, thence southwesterly along and binding on
the north side of North Avenue to the east boundary line of the
property of the Hill Top Park Company, thence southerly along
and binding on the eastern boundary lines of the properties of
the Hill Top Park Company and the Mt. Washington Develop-
ment Company to the south side of the first alley north of
Rogers Avenue, thence southwesterly on the south side of said
alley to the east side of Hill Top Park Road, thence southerly on
the east side of said road to the south side of Rogers avenue,
thence southwesterly on the south side of Rogers Avenue to the
east side of Green Spring Avenue, and running thence south-
easterly on the east side of Green Spring Avenue to the place
of beginning, to be collected as other County taxes are collected
in said County, and when so collected to be paid over to the
Treasurer of Mount Washington Neighborhood Improvement
Improvement Association by the Treasurer and collector of Bal-
timore County, to be used exclusively for the betterment of the
roads and sidewalks, drainage, sanitary measures and other im-
provements within the said limits of said village of Mount Wash-
ington, provided that this Section shall only be applicable if
twenty-five or more taxable residents of said village of Mount
Washington so described shall, forty days prior to the said
annual lavy, petition the said County Commissioners asking
