74. To the following deeds, and to the holding, disposing
of and conveying the properties thereby conveyed to the Trus-
tees of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the West Baltimore
Station in the City and Precincts of the City of Baltimore:
(a) Deed from John T. Ford and Edith B. Ford, his wife,
dated May 28th, 1870, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber G. R. No. 466, folio 296, etc., convey-
ing the property at the southeast corner of Stricker and Presst-
man Streets, having a front southerly on the east side of Stricker
Street of seventy-five feet with an even depth easterly of one
hundred and thirty-nine feet ten and one-quarter inches to
the west side of Whatcoat Street.
(b) Deed from John T. Ford and Edith B. Ford, his wife,
dated May 28th, 1870, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City aforesaid, in Liber G. R. No. 466, folio 297,
etc., conveying the property beginning on the east side of
Stricker Street seventy-five feet southerly from Presstman Street
and having a front southerly on the east side of Stricker Street
of twenty-five feet with an even depth easterly of one hundred
and thirty-nine feet and one-quarter inches to the west side
of Whatcoat Street.
(c) Lease from John A. Horner and Catherine E. Horner, his
wife, dated July 10th, 1876, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber G. R. No. 746, folio 209, etc.,
whereby the property on the east side of Stricker Street, be-
ginning seventy feet south from Presstman Street and having
a front southerly on Stricker Street of thirty feet with an even
depth easterly of one hundred and thirty-nine feet ten and one-
quarter inches to the west side of Whatcoat Street, which was
leased for the term of ninety-nine years renewable forever.
(d) Deed from John A. Horner and Catherine E. Horner, his
wife, dated March 2d, 1881, and recorded among the Land
Records aforesaid in Liber F. A. P. No. 891, folio 425, etc.,
conveying the reversion and annual ground rent issuing and
payable out of the lot of ground described in the Lease men-
tioned in paragraph thereof.
75. To the devises under the will of Susannah A. Chapman
by her last will and testament dated May 16th, 1906, and re-
corded among the Testamentary Records of Washington, District
of Columbia, namely:
